TERMS OF SALE

All orders must be placed through our website. Please note that items listed as in stock may become unavailable depending on timing. In such cases, we will inform you at the time of order confirmation.

All orders are billed in Canadian currency. We accept payment with most credit cards, etc. 

Applicable Federal and Provincial taxes will be added to your order.


SHIPPING SCHEDULE

All products are made-to-order. Orders are cut off and processed on the 15th of each month to allow sufficient lead time for production, and they are shipped at the end of the month. If you need an item delivered by a specific date, please contact us to check if this is possible. We always do our best to make this possible for our customers.


CANADIAN ORDERS

Orders are shipped by Canada Post, and shipping charges are determined by weight and destination.

Canadian orders will be shipped via Expedited Parcel with a Canada Post tracking number. Please see Canada Post for shipping times. 

Since we use the most economical shipping option, tracking numbers may not be provided for mail shipments.

Please ensure that your shipping details (i.e. full mailing address) are correct when you place your order, and also when you receive your e-mail order confirmation. We are unable to re-route packages once they are in transit.

SHIKI natural is not responsible for lost or misdirected orders due to incomplete or inaccurate information. In the event that we have made an error on a written order, we will gladly pay for re-shipment of the product.

If you refuse delivery of your shipment, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

LOCAL PICKUP

If you live in Metro Vancouver, you can pick up your item directly from our North Vancouver location. Please select ‘Local pick-up’ at check-out and we will follow-up directly once your order is ready for pick-up.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All International orders are shipped via Canada Post live rates based on order weight, volume and shipping address.

Since we use the most economical shipping option, tracking numbers may not be provided for mail shipments.

International orders may be subject to additional taxes, customs and duties imposed by your local government, or brokerage fees. You are responsible for payment of these fees. We are unable to provide rate quotes for customs and/or duty fees as they vary by country.

Before placing your order, please verify that the items can be shipped to your destination country and are not classified as prohibited items. SHIKI natural is not responsible for confiscation by customs, violations of customs laws, or any loss, damage, or delays incurred during shipping.


CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Once your order has been submitted, any modifications or cancellations must be made in writing within 24 hours, prior to the processing of that order. No modifications/cancellations are allowed once an order has been processed.


SHIPPING CLAIMS

SHIKI natural makes every effort to ensure safe and secure packaging of our products. In the unlikely event that that your shipment is not received or is received damaged, please notify us immediately, so we can take appropriate action to replace the damaged or missing items. In the event of a shipping dispute, SHIKI natural will be released of all responsibility once proof of shipping has been produced. 


CUSTOMIZATIONS

While we don’t offer full customization from scratch, we do provide some semi-custom options. If you're interested in exploring semi-custom possibilities, please feel free to contact us with your request, allowing ample time for processing.

Please note that additional fees may apply for any customization requests.
