RETURNS

We want you to love your SHIKI natural products and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. We will offer a replacement in certain circumstances.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to our North Vancouver location. (this includes any cross-border fees). 

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
