SHIPPING UPDATE

Due to the recent Canada Post strike, we are currently offering LOCAL PICKUP and DROP-OFF only (conditions apply). For shipments to the USA and Japan, please check the details of the temporary 'Local Pickup' option below.

Domestic and international shipping will resume as soon as the situation is resolved. Thank you for your patience and support during the Canada Post strike.

LOCAL PICKUP
Metro Vancouver: You can pick up your item directly from our North Vancouver location. Please select "Local Pickup" at checkout, and we will contact you once your order is ready for pickup.

USA: Please select "Local Pickup" at checkout, and we will charge separate shipping fees from available carriers (Canada Post or UPS) at the time of shipment.

JAPAN: Please select 'Local Pickup' at checkout and specify in the order notes if you prefer direct pickup (within Tokyo) or cash-on-delivery shipping between late December and January.

LOCAL DELIVERY
We can arrange a local delivery to residents in Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, and Richmond areas. Please select "Local Delivery" at checkout, and enter your delivery address in the order notes.
The delivery date for December is scheduled on Friday, December 20th. 
A $10 delivery fee will apply.
This service is available only during the Canada Post strike.

SHIPPING RESEMPTION
If Canada Post resumes services before shipping, we will contact you about shipping your order via Canada Post (scheduled after the Dec. 15 order cutoff). Regular shipping fees will apply, and we will send you a revised invoice.

ALTERNATIVE CARRIER OPTIONS
If you prefer to use an alternative carrier, please contact us when placing your order. We will find the most economical shipping option for you.
